This is a group for those of you wishing to loose weight and start a healthier and more active life style. Our group is for those who are not currently active or havent been in a long while and want to get back into it. I will post meets for different levels as the group grows. I am not a fitness professional just a girl with a goal and wanting to share my experience with you and reach our goals together. The Cloverdale Running Group began when a group of enthusiastic runners from the 2010 InTraining Clinic wanted to keep going! On average, we do 6 - 7k runs on weeknights with longer runs 8-12k on the weekend. This is not a formal running program and we encourage people to contribute. We hope to make this a useful on-line community for everyone!
