Do you want to get fit but feel daunted by the prospect of a long, sweaty, painful, drawn out jog in the park with no one to talk to? This is a club for people to take part in sports without paying a penny- totaly free and takes part in parks, public football courts, basketball courts and tennis courts. Its a good way of staying fit and also getting into the locals around there areas we will be playing in, as naturaly when playing in public areas others will want to join in. The organisers will bring the equipment (e.g football, basketball), you just need to show up, simple!
… Also, it is a proper workout and research shows that 1 min of hearty laughter equals to 10mins of jogging! amazing! However, to get the benefits of laughter we have to laugh for at least 10 to 15 mins… and that rarely happens… except in our sessions where we just have a good laugh!!
