This group is about running along the Thames path on Saturdays late morning - usually from 11:30am, then go for a bite or small lunch afterwards for those who want. We meet at Richmond Bridge next to Tide Tables Cafe then run downstream towards Kew / Hammersmith or upstream towards Teddington / Kingston. The running session usually lasts for an hour. This is a club for people to take part in sports without paying a penny- totaly free and takes part in parks, public football courts, basketball courts and tennis courts. Its a good way of staying fit and also getting into the locals around there areas we will be playing in, as naturaly when playing in public areas others will want to join in.
