Nothing feels better to me as a stay-at-home mom than to get out of the house and sweat while still having my little one with me. I want to stay in shape, but I don't want to leave my kids every time I go on a run. Thus my favorite mommy toy is the jogging stroller. We welcome moms at varying levels of fitness, from beginning run/walkers to more experienced runners. For those of you who want to get out of the house and get a good work out in, while still hanging out with your little one, come j …
Join us for our Tuesday & Thursday nightly or Saturday morning group runs. With runners of all types there's sure to be a fun time had. Whether you're looking for some inspiration, want to get out of your usual running routine or just get up off the couch and meet some new people. Totally free, and all levels welcome see you soon!!!
This group is meant for people in their 20's, 30's, 40's and beyond who want to go for runs that vary in length 3-6 miles and then have grab a beer afterwards at the local tavern or not, doesn't matter. Not meant for world class runners, may be too slow for avid runners, really good for those who hate running and need a way to make themselves do it. All are welcome, no drinking required if you just want the jog, this is not a singles club to meet a girl.

Today we meetup for weekly long runs, a mid-week run, speedwork sessions and sometimes to eat and drink all of our injuries away. You don't have to be training for anything, you just have to run. All abilities welcome....even first timers! We're a friendly pack and we really love to see other runner's make their goals. A great supportive group for all runners! Please email us with any questions …

All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged. Get some exercise and have a great time doing it. Bring your dog (sometimes)! Or cat (never)! We run, (between bars mostly), drink and generally have a silly time. Hashers are a loosely organized (disorganized) group of half-minds who get together to run, drink, enjoy irreverence and have …
