We will be doing various runs each time, Wednesdays and Saturday mornings. These runs/jogs will be peppered with great pilates and SPX reformer based stretches. Stroller Strides is the country's largest fitness program for new moms. Classes offer a stroller workout that combines Power walking/jogging and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing.
