This is an open group for people interested in running/jogging with a few other folks. We'll meet every Tuesday night in Davis Square to do a 5 mi run. If people feel like it we might get food/drinks afterwards. A good fit for people who like to run and enjoy some company.
BOOTCAMP involves pushups, (modified or conventional, it all depends on you) squats, lunges, skater plyos, jumping jacks (remember those), front jacks, jump rope, handweights, kettlebells and so many other creative body exercises. The "Wildlands Trailrunners" meet on a weekly basis for low-impact trail runs and walks on conservation lands throughout southeastern Massachusetts. Wildlands Trust provides leaders for each meet-up session and participants may attend as many or few sessions as they please. These meet-ups are free of charge and non-competitive. All experience levels and ages are welcome. We divide into a walking a running group and each group follows trails for ~2 to 3 miles.
