We are looking for a fun group who are looking for group fitness options in the north suburbs. We will initially do trail walk/run/jog. As it becomes warmer, we will take advantage of as many of the nearby fitness opportunities as the group initiates. We won't leave you behind - we are geared first to back-of-the pack athletes. The general area we will visit (but won't be bound to) is the north suburbs of the Twin Cities- Anoka, Coon Rapids, Lino Lakes, Hugo, White Bear.

I enjoy going for a run at a very leisurely pace but I don't run on a consistent basis. I'd like to blame it on a busy schedule but the real culprit is lack of discipline. I'm looking for a small group of women who will provide each other with motivation, encouragement and accountability. The Iron Girl Race is for girls and women. It will be held in Bloomington on September 22nd at Normondale Lake park at 7:30 am. It is a 2 mile run, 22 mile bike and 2 mile run, duathlon. I did this six years ago and just registered for this year! Looking to start up a running club in the Highland Park area of Saint Paul. Want to meet at least once a week for runs around the neighborhood and some different areas of the city. Possible group training for specific races but mainly just to enjoy getting outside and doing some communal running with like minded people, all experience levels are welcome!
